A standard 1-year warranty applies to all products. Please contact us to initiate a return if the product is defective or dead on arrival.

Defective or dead on arrival

If a product is assessed to be defective or dead on arrival, you are entitled to a replacement, partial refund or full refund. If the defective item is requested to be returned, a replacement will be sent after the item is received, and return shipping costs will be covered by EVSnug.

Exclusions

EVSnug is not liable for products that have been misused or incorrectly installed. Please read the instructions or contact us before installation if you are unsure.
